Asam Laksa Maggi

Last week had been a very busy week for me. I had two exams and both required lots of revisions. I stayed up late for couples of nights in that week. I even skipped my arabic class for the week, just to devote my time for both of the exams.

You know how sometime you get hungry after a long time of mengadap buku in the middle of the night, well that was how I felt on one of the nights that I stayed up late. So, I decided to make the "2 minutes" Maggi instant noodle, and I used Assam Laksa flavour. For me Maggi assam laksa is too bland, it's like all you can taste is the masam taste, nothing else. This is when I start to experimenting with my left over food.

Since I had Sup Ayam from the iftar, I used the soup to boil the noodle instead of using water, and I still used their assam laksa perencah. I put in the microwave for 3 minutes and boom...it's done and the taste was SUPERB. Everyone should try it. It was so good, you can still taste the original masam taste of the Assam laksa but it wasn't as bland as usual. You can taste the lemak from the chicken soup, it was so great.

I only took the picture after I finished eating. I can't resist trying them before I took the picture and once I tried it, it was so good that I could not stop. Only after I finished eating, then I remembered to capture the greatness of my Sup Ayam Assam Laksa Maggi. It does not look very appetizing in the picture, so I wouldn't blame you guys if you would not believe me that it was awesome. But whenever you have a left over Sup Ayam, believe me it would be worth making this 2 minutes assam laksa and you would not regret it.
